WALCE MAILING LIST INSTRUCTIONS

FRONT PAGE: If you already have them, enter your e-mail address and password. If both parameters are correct, the system will allow you to proceed. If you have forgotten your password, enter your e-mail address and press the "E-mail me my password" button. Your password will be directly e-mailed to you. If you are not in the system, a notice will be generated to contact the e-mail system administrator (currently Tom Sweeney). If you are not a member and try to use this system, you will receive a notice that authorization is denied and you will be locked out. The notice will include information to contact the e-mail system administrator.

MAILING LIST CONTROL PANEL: After logging into the system, you will see a checklist. The checklist will allow you to identify groups and/or individuals that your e-mail should be sent to. The list is comprised of all County Conservation employees and various WALCE groups that exist. You may select as many boxes as you wish. Please note that the WALCE board Advisor Group may only receive mail from this system, they will not be allowed to use it to send messages at this time. Other options available to you at this point are: "Change My Information" and "Log Out of System".

CHANGE MY INFORMATION: your specific information will be displayed. You may change your name, e-mail address, and/or your password. Also, you may request to be temporarily removed from all mailing list(s).

LOG OUT OF SYSTEM: This option will log you out of the system and back to the front page.

MAILING LIST EDITOR: You are taken to this page after you make your selection of who your message is going to, and clicking on the "Compose Message" button. At this point you create your message and place your attachments. You may cut and paste to this editor from other documents just like any word processor. Currently a maximum of ten (10) attachments is allowed. After you have composed your message, just press the "Send Message" button.

NOTES: The WALCE E-Mail System Administrator manages the system and all data. If you are a new employee, you will need to contact Tom Sweeney. Please include your First and Last Name, your e-mail address (county issued) and the password you would like to use. A message will be sent to the account notifying you that the system has been updated. Once you receive that message you are free to use the system.
